Shelley holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Cape Town. She has also attended workshops on Yoga in the Classroom, Entering The World of Children and Learning through Movement and Music. Shelley holds a valid first aid certificate and recently attended the 2024 South African Montessori Association Conference.

There’s the most amazing peace that warmly washes over your soul when you realize that the talents you were blessed with, your experiences and lessons learned through life, as well as your passions, fuse together in the wonderful composition of what you can call your job, or your calling.  A love of children and a commitment to deeply understand and foster the unique spirit of each child underpins her educational practice.
